朝っぱらから泣きそうになるじゃないか

友人のFBで見かけたビデオだが、今朝は５時半くらいに目が覚めてこれを観ていたら危うく泣いてしまうとこだった...
中学、高校とひどいいじめを受けた彼女が、これまでの心の痛みを絞り出すように歌い上げる姿に、あのサイモンも思わず涙ぐんでいる様だ。音楽って素晴らしいですねぇ、ってどっかの司会者の台詞みたいな事を思ってしまった。朝の５時半に。。。ちなみに今日は6マイルほど走ったが、右足裏の痛みがひどくなってきた。明日はランオフかな。
